 Seat Guarantee Deposit Required

Terms:  A "seat guarantee deposit" is required to hold your seat at this event.  This fee covers local Technology Exchange Forum costs.  Actual costs charged to your credit card will NOT exceed your deposit, and will NOT be charged to your account until 2 days before the event date.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation notice must be received in writing a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event in order for you not to be charged the "seat guarantee deposit".  We regret that NO refunds can be given for cancellations received after the 2 week deadline and absolutely NO refunds will be given for NO SHOWS.  Substitutions are welcomed.
