Workshop Background:

For the last several years, the IWPC has developed a very active international security sensor program engaging Government Agencies, Global Equipment Manufacturers and the entire technology supply chain.

These activities have been designed to explore and interactively understand the security sensor needs of these Government Agencies and understand the capabilities of advanced mmwave and THz systems and supporting technologies.

To date, we have primarily explored Airport Transport Requirements.

Workshop Goals:

The Goals of this Workshop are to continue to explore Government Agency security sensor requirements in the other Mass Transport venues (bus and rail) AND Critical Infrastructure.

What are the Government Agency Requirements?

What sensor technologies are currently available to meet these requirements?

What technologies need to be developed to meet these requirements?

What is needed in the future to develop layered security systems using multiple layers of integrated and disparate sensor technologies?
